The Mini-Cassia Community Chest, Inc. has been in existence since November, 1996. Our annual meeting is in January of each year and call other meetings as needed. We have 14 members on the board. We bank all monies, write all checks and keep accurate accounting of all funds. Taxes are professionally prepared an submitted yearly. People donating monies to your cause can receive a tax deduction because of our 501-C3 status. We do take a 5% fee from all monies donated to cover our administrative expense.
All contributions the Community Chest receives are used for educational, historical, cultural, and charitable purposes that affect/benefit the citizens of Minidoka and Cassia counties.
